Crispy Honey Garlic Salmon

A delicious and easy-to-make salmon dish with a crispy exterior and sweet garlic glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  5. Place seared salmon on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the honey garlic sauce.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
