Deliciously crispy cauliflower bites coated with Parmesan and breadcrumbs, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated florets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
