For the Crust:
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated florets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
