For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the parmesan mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.
