A rich and gooey chocolate lava cake made effortlessly in a crockpot.

For the Crust:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 3.9 oz package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream or ice cream for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Grease the inside of your crockpot with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, pudding mix, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the greased crockpot and spread evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
