For the Crust:

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a ramekin with coconut oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, and baking powder.
  3. Add egg, almond milk, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour half the batter into the ramekin, place chocolate chips in the center, then cover with remaining batter.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
  6. Let cool for 2 minutes, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
