For the Crust:
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a ramekin with coconut oil.
- In a bowl, mix protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, and baking powder.
- Add egg, almond milk, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into the ramekin, place chocolate chips in the center, then cover with remaining batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool for 2 minutes, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.
