A fun and colorful dessert combining creamy cheesecake filling with crunchy Fruity Pebbles cereal in a taco shell.

For the Crust:
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Drape tortillas over oven rack bars to form taco shapes. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Gently fold in 3/4 cup Fruity Pebbles into the cheesecake mixture.
- Spoon filling into cooled taco shells and top with remaining Fruity Pebbles.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
