Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake Tacos

A fun and colorful dessert combining creamy cheesecake filling with crunchy Fruity Pebbles cereal in a taco shell.

For the Crust:

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  2. Drape tortillas over oven rack bars to form taco shapes. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Gently fold in 3/4 cup Fruity Pebbles into the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Spoon filling into cooled taco shells and top with remaining Fruity Pebbles.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
