A festive and easy breakfast that tastes like birthday cake but is packed with wholesome ingredients.

For the Crust:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using). Stir well.
  2. Fold in rainbow sprinkles, reserving a few for topping.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). Top with extra sprinkles before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
