For the Crust:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
- 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using). Stir well.
- Fold in rainbow sprinkles, reserving a few for topping.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). Top with extra sprinkles before serving.
