Garlic Bread Rolls

Soft and fluffy rolls infused with garlic and herbs, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water and sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and 1 tbsp melted butter to the yeast mixture. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Punch down the dough and divide into 8 equal pieces. Shape into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Mix remaining melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and oregano. Brush over the rolls.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
