Ingredients

For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water and sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and 1 tbsp melted butter to the yeast mixture. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide into 8 equal pieces. Shape into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
- Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix remaining melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and oregano. Brush over the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
