For the Crust:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts and mushrooms with melted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and golden brown.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
