For the Crust:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts and mushrooms with melted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
