For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush each fillet generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the cheese is golden.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
