For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush each fillet generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the cheese is golden.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
