Juicy steak bites cooked in garlic butter and served with a rich parmesan cream sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season steak bites with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  5. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes (if using) and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
