Juicy steak bites cooked in garlic butter and served with a rich parmesan cream sauce.

For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season steak bites with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes (if using) and fresh parsley before serving.
