For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the chicken and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir until sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve pasta topped with garlic chicken bites and garnish with fresh parsley.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
