For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the chicken and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve pasta topped with garlic chicken bites and garnish with fresh parsley.
