For the Crust:
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Toss to combine and coat the pasta evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
