Garlic Shrimp Pasta

A delicious and easy-to-make garlic shrimp pasta with a rich buttery sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Toss to combine and coat the pasta evenly.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
