For the Crust:
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the tilapia fillets with the marinade on both sides.
- Grill the tilapia for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
