For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess grease from the beef, then stir in taco seasoning and water.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the seasoned beef, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
