For the Crust:

  • 1 lb fresh sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to make the spicy sauce.
  2. Add diced tuna to the sauce and gently toss to coat evenly.
  3. Divide cooked rice into serving bowls.
  4. Top the rice with the spicy tuna mixture, avocado slices, cucumber slices, and chopped green onions.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
