For the Crust:
- 1 lb fresh sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to make the spicy sauce.
- Add diced tuna to the sauce and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Divide cooked rice into serving bowls.
- Top the rice with the spicy tuna mixture, avocado slices, cucumber slices, and chopped green onions.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
