For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add eggs, water, and olive oil.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into strips and cook in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
