Light and fluffy homemade egg noodles perfect for soups or as a side dish.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add eggs, water, and olive oil.
  2. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into strips and cook in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
