Pumpkin Butter Cinnamon Rolls

Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls swirled with sweet pumpkin butter and topped with a creamy glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast. Add warm milk, pumpkin puree, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  3. Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread pumpkin butter evenly, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll tightly and slice into 8 rolls.
  4. Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 350Β°F for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
