Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-sear the chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing.
- In a separate bowl, mix cooked rice with chopped cilantro and a pinch of salt.
