For the Crust:

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over each thigh, coating evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
