For the Crust:
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over each thigh, coating evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
