- 1 large Honeycrisp apple, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, diced apple, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
