For the Crust:
- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Add potatoes and water to Instant Pot. Secure lid and set to Manual High Pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick release pressure when done. Drain any remaining water.
- Add butter, cream, salt, and pepper to potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
