Marinated Salmon with Garlic and Herbs

For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place the marinated salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
