For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the marinated salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
