A viral creamy sun-dried tomato and herb chicken dish served over pasta thatβs so delicious it might just lead to a proposal!

For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth to deglaze pan, scraping up browned bits.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and bring to simmer.
- Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and serve chicken and sauce over pasta. Garnish with fresh basil.
