For the Crust:
- 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the frozen ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange half of the cooked ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ravioli, then sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, cream cheese mixture, and cheeses.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired before serving.
