For the Crust:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the mushroom and garlic mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
