Mushroom and Garlic Spaghetti

A simple yet flavorful spaghetti dish with sautéed mushrooms and garlic.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the mushroom and garlic mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
