For the Crust:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender and browned.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
