Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken legs, coating all sides.
- Place the chicken legs on the prepared baking sheet, skin side up.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
