- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and rosemary until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
