For the Crust:

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and rosemary until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
