For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
