For the Crust:

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets (thawed)
  • 1 cup strawberry jam (red)
  • 1 cup vanilla pastry cream (white)
  • 1 cup blueberry compote (blue)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into 3-inch squares.
  2. Layer each square with strawberry jam, vanilla pastry cream, and blueberry compote in stripes or sections.
  3. Brush edges with egg wash, fold pastry over filling, and seal edges with a fork. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  4. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
