For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemonade mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with lemon slices before serving if desired.
