For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemonade mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with lemon slices before serving if desired.
