Description
A flavorful and hearty seafood boil with shrimp, crab, corn, and potatoes, seasoned to perfection.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb large shrimp, deveined with shells on
- 1 lb crab legs
- 1 lb mussels or clams
- 4 ears of corn, halved
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cups water or seafood stock
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large pot, bring water or seafood stock to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning, garlic, onion, and lemon slices.
- Add potatoes to the pot and cook for 10 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add corn and crab legs, then cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp and mussels or clams, cooking for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and mussels/clams open.
- Drain the seafood and vegetables, then toss with melted butter.
- Serve hot with extra Old Bay seasoning and lemon wedges on the side.
