For the Crust:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- In another bowl, mix shredded cabbage, cilantro, and lime juice to make the slaw.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, topping with slaw, sour cream, and avocado slices.
