Tender beef bites and potatoes cooked to perfection in a rich garlic butter sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a slow cooker, combine beef bites and halved potatoes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes, tossing to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
