A decadent layered cake combining the flavors of snickerdoodle cookies and creamy cheesecake.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cinnamon-sugar mixture
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add butter, eggs, and buttermilk. Beat until smooth.
- Divide batter evenly between pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- For cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Place one cake layer on a plate. Spread cheesecake mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar.
- Top with second cake layer. Dust with remaining cinnamon-sugar before serving.
