For the Crust:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
