For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
