For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
