For the Crust:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold in the marshmallow fluff.
  5. Once the cake is cooled, use a knife to create small slits across the top. Pipe or spoon the cream filling into the slits.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
