For the Crust:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold in the marshmallow fluff.
- Once the cake is cooled, use a knife to create small slits across the top. Pipe or spoon the cream filling into the slits.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
