For the Crust:
- 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Salt or sugar for rimming the glass (optional)
- Lime wedges and watermelon slices for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth, then strain to remove pulp if desired.
- In a shaker, combine the watermelon juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice. Shake well.
- Rim glasses with salt or sugar (optional), fill with ice, and pour the margarita mixture over.
- Garnish with lime wedges and watermelon slices. Serve immediately.
