Description

Decadent brownie bombs filled with cookie dough and black forest flavors like cherries and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pitted cherries, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Gradually stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped cherries.
  6. Scoop dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
  8. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh cherries and store in an airtight container.
