  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Gradually stir in the milk until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a sprinkle of cinnamon to the batter. If using frozen blueberries, do not thaw them before adding to the batter to prevent discoloration.
