Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add sliced pears. Sprinkle with brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pears are caramelized and tender.
- Arrange pear slices on a serving platter or individual plates. Top each slice with pieces of burrata cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix pomegranate arils, toasted walnuts, almonds, and a drizzle of honey to create the crunch topping.
