Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese, torn into pieces
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup almonds, toasted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add sliced pears. Sprinkle with brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pears are caramelized and tender.
  2. Arrange pear slices on a serving platter or individual plates. Top each slice with pieces of burrata cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, mix pomegranate arils, toasted walnuts, almonds, and a drizzle of honey to create the crunch topping.
  4. Spoon the pomegranate nut crunch over the burrata and pears. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves. Serve immediately.
