Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the chopped cabbage in salted water for 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked cabbage, diced onion, shredded cheese, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with crushed crackers.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes
