- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
- Add steak slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Divide the mixture into the hoagie rolls and top with cheese slices.
- Place under a broiler until cheese melts.
