Description

A festive holiday appetizer featuring layers of antipasto ingredients arranged in a tree shape for a visually stunning presentation.


Ingredients

  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 200g sliced salami
  • 150g provolone cheese, cubed
  • 100g green olives
  • 50g cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the bell pepper into thin strips for the tree base.
  2. Layer the salami and cheese alternately on a platter in the shape of a tree.
  3. Add olives and tomatoes as decorations around the tree.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
