  • 1 large loaf of French bread or baguette, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • For the Bruschetta Topping:
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For Assembly:
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. For the Garlic Bread:
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, and salt.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on both sides of the bread slices.
  5. Arrange the bread slices in a circle on a baking sheet to form a wreath shape.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. For the Bruschetta:
  8. While the bread is baking, combine tomatoes, red onion, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Let it marinate.
  9. Assembly:
  10. Once the garlic bread is done, spoon the bruschetta mixture onto each slice.
  11. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs to resemble a wreath.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
