- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of each liner.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; add eggs one at a time.
- Fold in cranberries gently.
- Pour mixture over the crust in liners and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
