Ingredients

  • Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • Crust: 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Filling: 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Filling: 1/2 cup sugar
  • Filling: 2 eggs
  • Topping: 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • Topping: 1/4 cup sugar for cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into liners.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Cook cranberries with sugar until thickened; top cupcakes after cooling.
