- Β½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- β cup finely chopped dried cranberries
- β cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
- ΒΌ teaspoon garlic powder
- Additional finely chopped dried cranberries for coating
- Additional finely chopped walnuts for coating
- Crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, cranberries, walnuts, onion, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or plastic wrap.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to 1 day.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped cranberries and walnuts.
- Serve with crackers.
Notes
For best results, prepare the cheese ball a day ahead and roll in coating about 1 hour before serving.
